In 2001 was appointed by Maryland Governor Parris N. Glendening as Administrator to the Property Tax Assessment Appeal Boards for the State of Maryland for a Six year term. Elected in 2009 to serve a second three-year term as Trustee for the Realtor Political Action Committee in Maryland and holds the office of Treasurer.
